Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item (excluding perishable products) from the date of receive. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

For perishable products (raw/frozen products), unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause damage during transit. If you receive spoiled or unsatisfactory goods, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide proof of the issue (email: sales@hoihuat.com.my; subject: refund). Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as credit within 3–7 working days.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning an item. This policy helps us prevent misuse and ensures fairness for all our valued customers. However, we appreciate genuine customers and their support—so as a token of our gratitude, we will provide additional free shipping voucher for your next purchase upon successful return processing.
